School Uniform Requirements

Shirts: Orange, white, and black polo shirts, white dress shirt/blouse (short sleeved)

Bottoms: Uniform pants, skirts, shorts or jumpers, dress pants or skirts (khaki and black)

Socks: White, black or orange

Shoes: Black, white or brown (plain, closed-toe; no multicolored shoes should be worn)

Belts: Black, white or brown (required with uniform pants)

Tie: Black

 

Daily Uniform Schedule for 6th Grade Students

Monday: White polo shirt & khaki bottom

Tuesday: Orange polo shirt & black bottom

Wednesday: (Dress for Success Day) White dress shirt/blouse, black dress pants/skirt, black tie & dress shoes

We will dress for success only on the 1st Wednesday of each month. On the 2nd- 4th Wednesday of the month, all students will wear a white polo and black bottom (skirts, shorts or uniform pants).

Thursday: Black polo shirt & khaki bottom

Friday: School Spirit Day--School t-shirt or orange polo shirt & black bottom

Please note:  For your convenience, the school will be selling school t-shirts ($12) and sweatshirts ($20) at our Open House and throughout the school year in the front office.  Additional information will be posted on our school’s webpage.  In addition, all parents are asked to assist us by making sure that your child is in compliance with our school uniform policy throughout the school year.

2” binder with tab dividers to be used in all classes

3 packs of white notebook paper (Place 1 pack in binder and send 1 pack to school for reserve)

2 packs of #2 or mechanical pencils (Place one pack of pencils in backpack and send one pack to school for reserve)

1 Pack each of black & red ball point pens

1 pack of dry erase markers (assorted colors)

1 Pack of highlighters (assorted colors)

1 Dictionary & Thesaurus for home use

1 USB flash drive at least 1 GB (Optional)

2 pairs of ear buds (Dollar Tree)

1 Basic 4 function calculator

1 Small hand-held pencil sharpener with cover/shaving trap

1 Backpack

6 (3 – Prong) folders with pockets (blue, orange, green, red, yellow & purple)

2 Composition notebooks

      White t-shirt and black shorts for PE class

Special Notes:

·         No permanent markers, whiteout, or combination locks should be brought to school by students.

·         No cell phones can be utilized during the school day by students.

·         If your child is enrolled in band he/she will need a band instrument.

·         Other class-specific items may be added during the first week of school and throughout the school year as needed for assignments, projects or special programs.
